When You Arrive

When you come through our doors you’ll be in the gathering area in the center of the church. We call this area the Narthex. Here, you will be greeted by our ushers, pastor, and fellow worshipers. The guest book is located to your left when you enter. We invite you to sign!

As you enter the sanctuary through the double doors on your left you will be greeted by our ushers. They will hand you a worship folder. This will guide you through the service. Feel free to sit wherever you’d like. If you need assistance, a worship attendant or usher will be happy to help. 

Some may prefer to “dress up” for church, and others might wear jeans. What matters most is the attitude of the heart. We simply want you to come as you are and hear loud and clear – you matter to God!

What About My Kids?

If you need any help during the service, our ushers, who are located at the rear of the sanctuary, will be happy to assist!

The worship folder given to you as you entered the sanctuary will guide you through the service. Several songs will be sung during the service. Most will be found in the red hymnal which you will find on the shelf in the seat in front of you or under your seat. You can sing along or just listen and take in the song’s lyrics.

There will be a prepared message which hones in on a specific topic called the “sermon”. We believe that the Bible doesn’t have to be complicated, and we communicate in a way that everyone can understand.

There is also a part of the service where we gather an offering. You may contribute if you’d like, but we totally understand if you would like to learn more about a church before supporting it financially.

At the end of the service our pastor will greet you as he dismisses each row himself. The ushers at the entrance of the sanctuary will have a bulletin highlighting upcoming events.

You may take a moment in the Narthex to be greeted by other worship attendants and learn more about our church. Refreshments are served following service in our fellowship hall. We hope you join us for some cookies and coffee!
